Used for the first time yesterday, did a pulled pork on the smoker setting, total time about 4.3/4 hours including resting, wash the rack afterwards and it came up as clean as when it went on the grill, will use it when cooking chicken and beef joints next time, stops the meat sticking to the grill plate and makes that easier to clean as well.

Used on the woodfire to do a bbq. Food cooked nicely but the rack was quite hard to clean, had to really scrub with a wired scrubber.

Great addition to the ninja smoker to do brisket and pork on

Highly recommended, very useful. Your meat/cheese or whatever it is you'll be smoking is slightly elevated allowing the smoke to get underneath it, so no need to flip. Also, easy to pick up and move from the grill to a table. I found it very useful.

This is a must-have for people who are doing a lot of smoking. Before I got this, the under-side of my meat would get sweaty. This helps to get the heat under the meat so the underside is also nicely smoked and helps create an all-round bark. As I'm writing this review, I can't remember if it's meant to be dishwasher safe, but I've thrown it in the dishwasher a few times and it's great. Just don't let any meat or sauce settle on the grill before you put it in the dishwasher. Give it a light scrub using a soft scrubber or scourer to make sure any meat or sauce is loose, and then you're all set.
