I had undergone spinal surgery back in April and wanted to thank my Doctor for taking good care of me. I like to create unique gifts for people to show my genuine appreciation. So I searched for something unique to add to a custom candle design I was working on for him. I was so happy to find this cool handmade metal piece on Amazon. It went perfect with the idea in mind. My spinal surgeon was so happy to receive such a thoughtful gift! Thank you so much!!

Initially I thought, "oh this may be too tiny" I had hesitation, but upon opening the package, it's the perfect size for our daughter's neurosurgeon, it's the perfect thank you token from an 11 year old, or any age for that matter. I am so delighted with this purchase. It's well made and made in the USA.

Disapponting - none of the three bases lay flat causing rocking of the sculpture. The surgeon’s right hand with scalpel is not placed by the patient. Would love to have this if the actual product received was like the image shown on Amazon UPDATE: After speaking with the seller, they replaced the sculpture and it is perfect - sits well and aligned beautifully. This is going to be a perfect Christmas gift. I need to give an appreciation to the seller whose response was quick and I am completely satisfied.

The item is nice and sturdy. I was surprised to find that it shipped loose in a bag. Fortunately, it was not damaged or bent, however I would have expected it to have been shipped in a box to protect it and to actually wrap to present. Other than the sub par shipping, the item is nice.

I gave this to my surgeon right before they gave me Versed for Sigmoid Colectomy she was doing…she absolutely loved it and couldn’t believe I found something so unique to her profession.
