I like it's strength i used in gym its easily lift 50 kg...i couldn't try more than 50 but ya its easily able to liftt.....

This is good...the hook quality is excellent... The strap is decent or maybe average for the price but it’s quite thick, so durability shouldn’t be an issue...no problem for me. Overall, it’s worth buying mainly because of the strong and reliable hook.
