Worth it to have both formulas on hand.
I had used Tite Grip I for a long time when playing indoor racket sports in humid environments. Always found it to make a huge difference but wasn't thrilled about how much it dried out my skin. Formula II is fantastic for situations where the conditions aren't as extreme as to need the stronger drying power of the Formula I with the benefit of not drying out the skin nearly as much. If you find yourself just wanting to avoid tacky or clammy hands, the Formula II will help without any noticeable drying out of the skin on your hands. However, if you run into situations where your hands start dripping with sweat and you cannot maintain a grip, then Formula I is what you want. Just be sure to wash it off afterwards and use some moisturizer on your hands; if you use it too much without doing this then it can lead to some mild skin cracking but nothing too serious.

'Holy Grail' Product for Sweaty Hands and Pole Fitness!
This is the best product I've used to help my sweaty hands during my workouts. I've tried pretty much every product out there to help keep hand sweat minimal especially for my pole fitness workouts. Being upside down and holding your entire body weight by just your hands can be tricky on the vertical pole, especially with sweaty hands. I apply Tite Grip 30 minutes to an hour in advance before my workouts and it really works! I feel so much more confident knowing I won't lose my grip.

Prevents hand sweating
I think putting the exact amount I need on is a bit of a learning experience. Too little, I'm still sweaty, too much and I look like a chalky mess. But this definitely helped prevent me from falling off the lyra.

great product but....
it works for the most part .... i've tried the Grip I for the last 2 days since i do have hyperhidrosis (overly sweating) on my hands and feet so i purchased this because of the good reviews and i've been searching for a product that actually works. and this product works. although for me, it didn't totally stop the sweating but it did reduce it for the most part. i did experienced sweating of my palms and feet when i became nervous or anxious about something but not as excessive as usual. when first applied, you do feel that your hands and/or feet gets dry easily. my one qualm about the product is that it leaves white residue on your skin. even if i have tried rubbing it or putting lotion on it, it still leaves the residue after which would make my skin look very dry. so far i really like it because it has reduced my sweating.. so hopefully it would hold up for a while.

Great for climbing
Used Titegrip 1, it dried up in a couple of minutes and my hands stayed pretty dry for climbing for the next couple of hours. Quite a good alternative to antihydral

Essential for pole
I used to just use Dry Hands. Now I layer this underneath. You really do have to wait until it's dry, and don't use too much, or it gets weirdly sticky/tacky. A couple of drops is plenty. This made all the difference for helping me get over my issues with sweating on the pole.
