I love to try new things and seeing that I’m cutting back on salt this is great to try.

Mild taste. Add at end of cooking to wake up flavor.

Way too expensive for such a small quantity

This is low sodium as opposed to some seaweed products and it works great on anything, whether you want to sprinkle it on salad, soup, eggs, whatever you like. I add it to my protein shakes in the appropriate daily amount the iodine content instead of using iodized salt, for example. It is not devoid of seaweed taste, but I find it palatable and easy to use.
