Love these lids!
I like to keep my spices in mason jars. I make my own spices sometimes. These lids are awesome. They are very attractive and they fit the pint and quart size jars perfectly snug. It is easier and quicker to just pull off these lids, get what you need, and place the lid right back on. I have been using them for months now and will soon be ordering more.

Cute and useful!
These wood lids make an ordinary jar look more high end and special. I look forward to using these in the kitchen, bathroom, and anywhere in my home where I want a special look! They have a tight seal, maybe not for liquids. They are easy to get on and off and have a pleasing wood color!

Great Fit, beautiful lids
"Love these lids! They fit perfectly on my Kerr/Ball jars and look much better than plastic or metal. The seal is strong enough to keep my coffee and spices fresh. They are very smooth to the touch and easy to stack. Great way to organize the kitchen!".

Dry storage only
Caps looks great (wood) and silicon seals are made well. The suction is superb! Locks in tight to the jar. The silicone seal is not glued to the cap, Which is probably good for cleaning purposes. However, when removing the cap, the seal does start coming off the cap and you will have to fit it back on. Minor inconvenience. This is definitely for use with jars for that will not be stored in the refrigerator. I made some salsa and I usually leave on the counter. However I now have a mischievous cat and he likes to push things off the counter. I placed the jar in the refrigerator and the top is popping up. I did conduct a test run to see if water would hold well and I did not detect any leaks when holding upside down, however Iโve only used for sealing spices and dry foods. If you made a soup to take to someoneโs house, let it cool first before putting on the cap. Otherwise, great product to take the place of the metal tops I usually use that eventually gets rusty.

Functional and attractive...
So beautiful and functional. We use canning jars for everything. I have some snack jars that needed lids that didn't require the effort of putting rings on and off. These fit the bill perfectly. The wood grain is very beautiful.

favorite things list
These are now on my favorite things list. They have a good seal - not too tight but it keeps the air out. They fit mason jars perfectly. They look great. Easy clean. What's not to love.

Lovely, and super-stackable! But seal may need customization for daily use...
They're lovely, and they solve something very useful for me: I wanted to be able to stack jars of overnight oats 3-high in the fridge, which wasn't working with traditional mason lids, because the bottoms don't fit into the tops. Works like a charm now. But you should know that the silicon seal is CRAZY TIGHT. I mean: so tight that if the jar is remotely damp (even condensation on a cold jar will do it) you literally cannot close it, because the air cannot escape enough, so it bounces up and down. And since my goal was to stack the jars, a bouncing lid was definitely a problem. (Also, even when dry, it's very hard to remove the lid when it's that tight, and the silicon gasket tends to pop off.) Solution 1: I tried removing the silicon gasket. No dice: now the wooden lid slides around. Solution 2: I trimmed off with scissors about half of the... 'flange'? (The flappy bit around the silicon seal.) Still bounced. Solution 3: trimmed the flange 100% off: That was overkill, but viable. Solution 4: trimmed the flange 85-90% off. Perfect! Leaving about 1/16 inch was the perfect balance of seal with usability. YMMV. If you're doing dry room-temp storage, and need only occasional access, then the super-seal may be worth it. But if you intend to use them daily, you'll want to adjust it.

Perfection!
Love these lids! They are perfect if youโre using mason jars in your pantry and you want a more chic look than metal or plastic lids. They fit perfectly and you can see Iโm lifting the jar by the lid without slipping.
