I absolutely love this product and it works better than expected! I needed a high capacity container for transporting Zepbound while on a road trip. 4allfamily makes a small container that holds two pens, but this is way better.Living in Florida, I am able to leave it in the car for a few hours with no problem on a very hot day. The temperature is maintained and when I open up to check on it, everything is still cool.I can run it off my anker 27,000 MHA battery bank for about nine hours. The constant draw is 13 Watts. Using my EcoFlow Delta Max 2400 Watt our battery bank I can get over 90 hours. I have had it running now for about two weeks with no issues and I trust it over hotel refrigerators.All in all, it is a great product for transporting medicine that needs to remain cool for long periods of time. I would highly recommend this product.

Works great. Temp only in C. Lots of room. Good battery life. Only gave it 4 stars because carrying case is cheap and doesnt have pocket to store cord and adapter.

I highly Recommend this product! I have diabetes medicine that fits right inside and keeps it cold for long time! Ideal for plane travel and TSA approved it.

This was great - while it worked. Just over a year of owning it and it will turn off at least once a day. I guess I'll have to look for another from a different company.

Used it on a 6 hour trip in my truck. Kept my three Mounjaro insulin pins at correct temp and safe from damage. I even put a digital thermometer to track the temperatures. It worked great.

I was hoping this cooler would be worth the money for long flights. The dual batteries allow only for 6-8 hours max. I recharged the internal set and pulled in a 100Wh external battery that I use for my CPAP and together it last for 19 hours. My trips to SE Asia usually require about 30 hours or more. After considering the size of the external batteries that I would need for running this refrigerator for 30 hours, I decided to return it. It held 5 pens of Mounjaro quite well, but would still need another 3 pen cooler to carry all 8 pens I needed for a two month trip. I tests one of the 3 pen cases with the liquid to supplement this unit and it lasted over 30 hours, so for a little more money I got 3 of those cases and returned this cooler. It will be much easier with 3 smaller cases than dealing with batteries or finding USB outlets that provide enough current while traveling.

LOVE that you can see the temperature on the outside of the case….comes with 2 little ice packs that fit perfectly….it’s a hard case so it keeps your meds/needles safe and secure….great for trips or carrying meds back and forth to school or work….worth the price

For something designed to protect temperature-sensitive medication, I expected better insulation and an accurate temperature gauge. While it's better than similar sized coolers, the HYUNLAI cooler falls short of being the reliable medical accessory it markets itself as. The higher than expected noise level wasn't as irritating as not being able to rely on the temperature display, even while sitting on the counter inside a temperature controlled environment like the bathroom. This cooler might serve your needs, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere for truly dependable protection if you don't want to be replacing it soon. If you are spending this kind of money and want true value for your money, this isn't it. This was never used outside the house and it only lasted 9-10 months before I ended up just throwing it out vs. trying to figure out why yet again it was not working.
