Perfect rice for sushi and onigiri

Super fast delivery and great product at a really good price. Really high quality rice, great for sushi and some of the Korean dishes I cook. Will definitely be using again for all of my Asian cooking requirements. Thank you.

Bit pricey but very tasty, cooks well in a rice cooker and the taste is different to other sushi rices, very pleasant.

Edit: So my second order seems to have rice weevils in them. I've never had this before with other brands and assumed it wasn't going to be an issue with this one. Had to throw the whole thing out :( I don't see myelf ordering this product again even though the previous order was great! Adjusted to 1 star from 5 ironically. Original: There's not much to say other than it tastes great in sushi, cooks well in a rice cooker (1 rice : 1.1 water ratio) and is great value for the quality. Would recommend.

Arroz de muy buena calidad, sin granos rotos, con un sabor dulce y la textura glutinosa perfecta. La bolsa de 5 Kg resulta muy conveniente en cuanto a precio y el cierre zip de la bolsa permite una buena conservación. Es la segunda vez que lo compro y seguro que repetiré.

I use this rice for all my Asian-style cooking, not just sushi, and after multiple purchases have been impressed by its constant, reliable quality combined with a reasonable price. The result when cooking in a good Japanese rice cooker is the same as more expensive types and brands of Japanese rice. The only thing to remember is that it needs to be washed a little longer and more carefully than other types, changing water 3-4 times, to get rid of the abundant starch powder.

Ho acquistato questo riso con grandi aspettative, e devo dire che sono state ampiamente superate. La qualità è semplicemente eccellente: ogni chicco è perfetto, e il sapore straordinario mi ha immediatamente riportato alla mente i profumi e i sapori autentici del Giappone. Perfetto per piatti tradizionali e ottimo anche gustato da solo, questo riso ha una consistenza e un aroma che difficilmente si trovano altrove. Un acquisto che consiglio senza esitazione a chiunque voglia portare un po’ di vera cucina giapponese nella propria casa.
