I usually wear a medium. About 35 or 36 waist. What do you recommend fir size?

I wear 31 or 32 and the large in some colors perfect fit while others barely too big. After washing they all fit perfect. Unfortunately I ordered more at medium size and being shipped now. They may end up a bit small but very comfortable.
