The gummies are tasty. They have a nice watermelon flavor that's refreshing, not super sweet. Popping a couple after lunch became a treat for me. I like that they are sweetened with stevia rather than a synthetic sweetener. As for the brain boosting claims, I do notice less brain fog when taking my creatine. Plus, They aide in my workout as well. They're way easier to swallow than creatine pills, but they are very low on their dosage at just 1 gram. This is not uncommon for creatine pills or gummies. But I have seen 2-gram versions and I wish they would at least double the creatine per gummy. They are convenient way to add some creatine and B12 on the go.

I've been trying out a few different creatine gummies, I normally just use powdered creatine in my smoothies, but occasionally when I am not doing a smoothie I may do a few creatine gummies. Of all the ones I've tried these have the most bland flavor. If I am going to do a gummy, I want it to taste really good. Some I've tried really taste great, just not this one. It does not taste bad, just not really good. On top of that it is the most expensive one on a cost per gram of creatine that I've tried. I do like the fact that it does not contain sucralose. But I only try ones that do not contain sucralose.
