Second pair , my brother got me my first pair. I liked them so much I bought a pair.

Take it from someone who has severe spinal damage, screws and plates in his right leg and plates in his neck, these shoes are so unbelievably comfortable. I do not use the arc/cushion inserts, and the shoe is still very comfortable and the arch without the insert is perfectly raised without any arch or foot pain. I'm so happy with these shoes that I bought a blue pair as well and plan on buying more! My back and legs do not hurt when I wear these shoes which is pretty amazing considering my injuries and almost all footwear I buy I have to return because something will run on an ankle screw; but I have no complaints here!
