Be warned, it has an overpowering metallic mineral smell the taints everything. Had to bin it and can still smell it 😩. Needs to be handled very carefully and sealed away properly. Otherwise great value.

have brought this a few times to make my own B1 capsules. does the job fine and gives me the benefits of the b1 without extra fillers you get in regular pre-made capsules

Easy to use and add to foods but the taste is not the best. If added to capsules, one may need to add something else useful or a filler.
