The product unboxing is fun, along with the videos you follow for setup and instruction. In fact, I thought it was all self explanatory, but I found out I would’ve missed the biting part had I not watched. The brush head that comes with this is for someone that has a more developed jawline. Due to my smaller stature, and teeth setting closer on the bottom, the M size was uncomfortably large. Now; I did attempt using it when I first got it, and was able to get the idea on my top teeth. The brushes had great coverage, my teeth felt cleaner than they do after some brushings, and it was very quick and easy. Considering the expense of the brush, I was hesitant to purchase the smaller brush head and did reach out to the company before posting a review. I wanted to be fair. They were quick to respond and offer solutions right away. So I am very pleased with the customer service they are willing to provide. I look forward to the S brush head I should receive bc I truly want to love this brush after the experience of trying it and feeli n results despite discomfort.

If in a rush it can be used. It does not clean everywhere though, so, cannot be used as standard brush.

I was skeptical of these kinds of tooth brushes, assuming it was a gimmick to be honest. But I've seen them more and more lately and decided to give one a try. I've been using this one for about a week some some now, and I actually quite enjoy it. It makes brushing a whole lot faster and it does a good job at getting all the teeth. I really thought it would use so much more tooth paste but the little rubber thing they provide that goes on your tooth paste does an awesome job at thinning out the amount of paste that comes out so you get like long thin lines, basically lets you spread more out the whole brush instead of doing big blobs that would use way more paste. The brushes are really soft as well, and it fits in the mouth pretty comfortably. I'm really happy with this purchase and plan to continue using it from now on.
