Good product and great communication from Big Joe
The product is good and exactly as described. Communication from Big Joe was excellent throughout the process. Although the delivery was delayed, Big Joe proactively offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, which was greatly appreciated. Great customer service and a trustworthy seller. I would recommend both the product and Big Joe.

Kids love them
Bought for cubbies under kids bunk beds. Love the carry handle, and kids love them. They might get some extra fill, but they were great for my 6 and 9 yr olds

Excellent
This is a wicked cute bean bag. It has a dent in it so sits more like a chair with a back than a traditional bean bag. Has held up well for 10 months now. It’s still just as fluffy as it was when we got it.
