Great piece of kit
This heating machine works perfectly. It’s light to carry if you need to move it around, it’s very quiet and the towels stay at the perfect temperature all day. Very good value

Massive let down
This product doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating at all :( had the towel warmer on for no longer than 2 hours and the whole thing went bang! Now no power and I can’t use it at my busy salon.

Great product
This is slightly on the bulkier side compared to my previous heater- Since I had it, all my clients have walked in and said "Wow! You have a towel heater now" - Like I never used hot towels during their treatment before! - It is just because it is a bit bigger, it stands out in the treatment room, but it does heat the towels perfectly, and quickly, so a good purchase!

Don't bother
It barely warms up enough to be worth using. The light flickers on and off and struggles to heat up. Update! Contacted seller and they didn't care that it had gone faulty and couldn't tell me what bulb was in it to try and fix it myself

Hi there light it's make a noise and now working so low not powerfull I just used first time and it's happened I bought last week I don't know whats the problem any help for this issue please I returned. Don't buy this towel warmer. Broke down on first use

Faulty item, seller does not reply to resolve
Product stopped working approx 6 weeks after purchase. (suspected electrical fault in unit which trips our fuse board. The seller will not respond to messages via amazon to arrange repair or replacement. Very bad experience.

Not adequate for professional use and safety questionable
Light doesn’t work and makes buzzing noise but the heater worked well. Have sent back for refund.
