Pristine, and does the job beautifully. I used it with fruits, and I love it. Cleaning is easy without even scrubbing. It is a good size for small amounts of fruit, but for garlic, it does the job easily.

This is fabulous. I love it. Didn't know such a thing existed until a friend told me. Now I shall be being more for gifts for the cooks in my life :)

I purchased this to use with ginger. There is nothing wrong with the product other than I found that it did not suit my needs. I felt that there was too much waste since a lot of the ginger was washed away. Also, I was unable to utilize a significant amount of ginger without grating my fingers too. My preferred solution ended up being to use a y-peeler to take the peel off of the ginger and finely dicing it with a chefs knife. I learned some good technique for using the chefs knife to do this fine dicing from a number of high quality appropriate Youtube videos. The quality of the product is good. It is just incompatible with my needs.

Used to make my garlic bread. Used for ginger too! Want to try strawberries next. Easy clean up.

The product quality is good and does the job. I felt the brush could have been smaller in length. Brush is not convenient.
