This product is amazing, soft and easy to put on, hugs your ankle and stays cold for the amount of time needed. I use it daily to keep swelling down on my foot and ankle

LOVE this wrap. I had strained my Achilles heel and it hurt and was swollen. This gentle cold wrap was just perfect. The soft cold wrap on the difficult to reach spot was just perfect. The cold wrap is easy to get cold, just place in freezer for 2 hours and then just slip over your foot. If it is too cold leave your sock on and slip on your foot. Just so easy and functional. I would assume you could use on tennis elbow it is so flexible. It is reusable. Awesome product.

The absolute best life pack brand ! I have the hand and now the foot ice pack! Love them both. Not super heavy. Well made. Soft, comfortable, and cool.

great to use even when traveling... It does cover the entire foot and ankle area so if you have foot pain or a sprained ankle it works great as an ice pack or a heat compression
