The magnet on my bracelet just fell off. i can't wear it and looks like i can not exchange it. what can i do?

Dear friend, we are very sorry for any inconvenient caused by the broken bracelet, and as for this order, you can contact us for changing a new one.

B11 Good Pearl bracelet. Is it full like moat the pictures or is it just a thin peiece as in the last picture?

Dear friend, Our first picture and last picture are all actual picture, and the number of pearls in them is the same. Because the first picture is the effect picture of this bracelet wrapped twice, and the last picture is just an unfolded picture. Now, you think the number of pearls looks different, but if you wrap it twice on your hand, the number of pearls is actually the same, I think they are all full of pearls. Hope this help you, thanks!

What is the difference in the 2 different gold bracelets?

No difference. Turns out it's a wrap around twice bracelet connected by a magnet which holds well. Mine is the blue one but it's the same the whole length.
