Do it come with the original box?

There was no box with my Pandora bracelet...just a white bag. I purchased it for a gift and I am disappointed.

Can you open the stopper on the pandora braclet

I'm not sure what the stopper is... I can open the heart to put on charms. It opens at the bottom pointed end, but it's kind of hard to get it open. I used my fingernail, but I have friends who use a guitar pick to open it.hope this helps.
