I know they’re aimed mainly at kids but I’m a adult (26) and I take them and i definitely feel a difference I have horrible anxiety and adhd and it can make me overwhelmed to go outside , rest well or feel just so overstimulated by things I take 2 early in the morning and it has helped me through the day I do notice a difference in relaxation too they’re melatonin free which I like they’re not a sleep aid so keep that in mind if you’re someone who needs that either for you or your kids. The texture is good too it’s not to hard or to soft which I appreciate a lot , price is good also. They’re not as sweet either which is great for me since I don’t like overly sweet things. Mine were not expired like others have said and not melted or messed up in any way I am satisfied with them and they’re definitely a good alternative if you don’t want to use hardcore medication for yourself or your kids

First, my daughter loves the taste and she is very picky. She started waking up in the middle of the night and having anxiety. This came from when she was sick a few weeks ago, she woke up feeling terrible so it freaked her out. She told me it felt like the room was closing in on her and several other things, which was obvious anxiety. Now I can give her this before bed or if she wakes up in a panic, she can go right back to sleep and not have anymore issues the rest of the night. She doesn't wake up groggy. I take most of these supplements as well, so they really do work.

Expected more from this brand Love Zarbees but this just didn't work for my kid. Either it was too natural or my daughter just has too much energy. It is a pretty big size gummy than what I've seen for kids and it's super sticky with sugar all around it - takes my daughter a while to chew. Plus with all the sugar, had to make my daughter brush her teeth right after.
