Installation was a Breeze
The installation was much easier than anticipated. Worked first time when connected.While it does produce some sound, it's at a reasonable level.

Hot water for days!
I bought this Rheem tankless water heater to replace a 16 year old 40 gallon water heater in my garage. It was still working , but on its final days. I had toyed with the idea of a tankless water heater for some time. I decided to pull the trigger when I bought a new 2500 heavy duty Chevy truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage with the old water heater in it. My plumber loved the new one and had no trouble installing it. Mine is propane because we are on a ranch in the country. Strongly consider professional installation!Now I have hot water for days. My only reminder to those considering one of these, is that they are not instantly hot, just like my old water heater wasn’t instant. It depends on how far your sink, dish washer, shower, or washing machine is from the water heater. If the hot water has to travel a distance, it will take a minute to get hot.Love it so far.

Easy to install great investment!
This water heater was a breeze to install. Me and my father knocked it out in a few hours. All instructions were easy to understand. We connected it using PEX pipe which made it very easy. I have been using it for 8 months and have had zero issues. Once it gets hot it stays hot!

Tankless water heater
Was simple to install.. Everythlng went smoothly.. It clod one and started working as it should when water was turned on.. I love it!

Not functioning
It gives me error number 12 and I called the technical support many times every time they hang out on me they’re not helpful or communicating at all.
