Good diet supplement.

This isn’t such high mg as it reads, so I’m not sure about it, you have to make sure you’re getting enough calcium with osteoporosis, and the citrate is supposed to absorb better, especially if you have gastric ailments, but the overall mg isn’t enough, and you can’t take more than stated dose

I was recommended to take an over the counter calcium supplement from my doctor after a check up so I purchased these after reading the reviews. I initially thought they looked huge for swallowing however they see actual really easy to swallow with water. They can be halved to make it easier too. These are 1 a day so it’s easy to remember. So far, so good.

There was a very strong smell upon opening. Almost a chemical antiseptic like smell. Have been taking them and I'm still alive lol.

The tablets brought my calcium level to where it should be.

una verdadera porquería. no se con qué químicos el recubrimiento de color azul metálico está hecho pero tragarme esto ni hablar. ahora mismo pido reembolso y denuncio esta porquería. Tuve que limpiarme las manos con LEJÍA para quitarme ese color.

This is a great calcium supplement. I’ve tried others and this one is the best. Doesn’t upset your stomach and no weird feelings after.

Excellent product. I don't have much to say but in Calcium. Calcium citrate is best for that gets absorbed quickly in blood stream and along with magnesium it's great suppliment. My mother has tried many brands. Absolutely loved this. You can feel the difference within days.

Small tablets compared to some brands and only 1 tablet needed to provide the daily calcium requirements.

Everything is fine except i receive the bottle without cap though the bottle was sealed..
