Best patches ever for dark spots! I can’t believe how fast they work! I also put on other part of my body and works like magic. 🙂

If you have keloid scars from acne (those big, raised, hardened red bumps that seem to stick around forever) these patches… actually… help. I’ve tried SO many things to get rid of those marks. The only other thing that worked was cortisone shots at the dermatologist. Those can get expensive and they sometimes need 3-4 rounds of injections to fully shrink the keloid. A box of these babies is like $10 and even if I use a whole box on one blemish it’s still waayy cheaper than injections. As for the results they do seem to vary from blemish to blemish. The very first one I tried was on the largest keloid I had on my back. It LITERALLY shrunk overnight. I couldn’t believe it. Others though have taken several patches. Then I have one or two spots that are stubborn and I’m still working on them. They still get a little smaller each time but it’s very slow. For me they work best if left on for about 36 hours. Just leaving it on overnight seems too short and doesn’t utilize the patch’s full potential. Go longer than a day and a half and they leave annoying red triangles on my skin that take days to go away. It can also irritate the keloid and make it temporarily inflamed. That’s my experience anyway. It’s worth the time to fine tune these to your liking. Never imagined something so inexpensive and simple would make a difference on my relentlessly stubborn skin. Have already gone through 4-5 boxes (my back was really bad) and will continue to keep this around for damage control!

and counting; It always helps some dark spots are stubborn terribly stubborn and I seem to continually break out so this is a product I seem to need to re purchase. I wish more than 16 patches were available to be sold since I just ordered more and need to order more. Notice I said “need” it does help I always wish I had beautiful perfect clear skin seems impossible this does help me a lot it’s the best I have used I think the main patches I re purchase if not only; make sure skin is completely dry otherwise doesn’t stick well and falls off and don’t want to waste it—not cheap within affordable range but still 32 x 10 =320 good deal on Amazon at the store I’ve seen priced a little extra more I have spent approximately $320.00 in these patches :o & more; not counting the ones I have purchased in store it’s the best I think <patch wise for me> and I’ve spent God knows how much money in total trying products with many losses I can recommend this one 👍 Sometimes I’ll cut the triangle shapes when I have more patience to try and maximize patches per my skin zit dark spots issues I would like a face peel version x) Thank you

I love PanOxyl items, but these patches aren't their best product. They work but I feel like there are better patches that do the same thing and they are less $.

i was deciding between this brand and another but this one had better reviews. i’m glad i went with this one. i’ve been struggling with a dark spot from a pimple for months. i’ve tried tretanoin, vitamin c, i didn’t know what else to do. i’ve used this 3 times so far and there is significant lightening! i thought this dark spot was here to stay forever, people were saying “maybe it’s a new beauty mark” and i knew it wasn’t. very happy for this product

I dont know what sorcery is in these patches but jesus christ they work. Ive done laser. Several sessions and still. I cant believe how much it has lightened my dark spots.
