This small unit has supported 2 x 4K monitors flawlessly and continuously for 5 years, with the exception of just 1 blackout of the monitors recently where all it took to recover was disconnect from AC and reconnect to AC. There have been no video glitches or lags, or button usage issues. Impressive for an HDMI 4x4 switcher that's been placed in always-on service.

Hi.I spent quite a bit of timing looking at different 4x4 HDMI Matrix devices. Some that I almost bought, didn't support xBox One or PS4s, etc. That would have been disastrous. My whole purpose behind buying this device was to be able to map any of our gaming consoles to 1 or more TVs.This device was easy to setup and easy to use I recommend some cable ties and even creating a diagram for other people to follow. It took my teenagers a little while to understand which gaming consoles where tied to which input and which TVs were tied to which output. But I'm happy to say that all 4 of us can Play Diablo III on the xBox One with each of us watching it on our own TV (the wall mounted brackets allow the TV to be pulled out and turned left and right).We are using multiple xBox Ones, an xBox 360 and a Nitendo Switch. Sorry, I can't vouch is it will work with a PS4.I didn't have to call tech support, so I cannot comment on that aspect.I highly recommend.Thanks,Mike

I found it is a little slow when you switch between 2 sources. I need the right extension cable for the IR control. Could you please and thanks to send me a 5m extension câble.

Amazing switch. From the first moment it was detected the 60 hz 4K and xbox very good. Just to configure in an activity of harmony elite to turn off and i. turn on sequence to select the sequence and the delays but works fine. I liked the quality.

I bought this product and used it, but my monitor (ET322QKAbmiipx) does not support HDR. I received technical support, but I did not have a solution, so I made a refund.

Terrible..last 2 months.difficult.to.change chanel.does not take image quickly.anf.finally, broke.after 2 months!! 300 dollars!!!

We ordered this to allow driving to 3 displays in a long conference room. We have it setup with one input being a desktop that is always there and another input allowing a laptop to be plugged in. There is one TV up front by the speaker and 2 more along one side of the room since it is rather long and narrow.Originally we had gotten a simpler HDMI splitter from Monoprice along with all of the cables we needed. That splitter however did not play well with the computer. It kept trying to change the resolution. My theory was that it did not stop the EDID information from coming through from the two different kinds of displays. So I looked for a better option.This product works great and does more than we needed. With 4 inputs I went ahead and plugged in our cable box and a video game system to allow people to use during breaks. It also has the matrix functionality where we could have different inputs going to different devices.We had it all setup and tested for our annual sales meeting. Everything was working great the night before. In the morning I got a call from my boss asking if there had been any issues getting it to power on. Oh no. Through our troubleshooting we determined the DC adapter had failed and we didn't have any with a high enough amp rating to safely run the switch. The supplied adapter had a 5V/3A output which is decently high. To get it fixed that day I had to get a 5V/2.5A adapter, swap out the micro USB connector for the required connector from the other cord and cross my fingers. It worked and they only had to limp through about 2 hours of the 2 day meeting without all the screens working. I then ordered a replacement through Amazon that is working fine currently.
