Tough and easy to use.
Well made, robust nozzle able to stand use by kids and adults who drop, drag and would otherwise break a plastic nozzle. Hopefully it will also stand up to frost as all important parts appear to be metal. It is also simple and easy to adjust from fine spray to full power blast so can water plants as well as wash the car.

Rubbish!
After another plastic 'famous brand' hose gun bit the dust with no prospect of repair I thought I'd try a less famous but much more robust looking metal hose gun and chose this one along with a brass auto-stop adaptor. On arrival and testing it ticks all the boxes and works very well. Overall excellent product which I expect to last a long time. Never going back to 'famous brand' plastic rubbish again!UPDATE: I was wrong ! Second time I used this today and its leaking out of all the wrong places and is completely defunct. Its actually hard to understand why since it appears completely whole, but must have an early life internal failure. Going back as faulty goods.

DO NOT BOTHER POOR DESIGN AND POOR CONSTRUCTION
I purchased this adjustable hose gun about three months ago for occasional domestic use. I paid a premium for what I believed to be a well made durable product. A couple of days ago my wife advised me that it was broken, I found it hard to believe but on examination I saw that it had broken in two and was useless. Yes it is solid metal but the connector assembly is not permanently fixed to the body. I would avoid this at any cost.

The Rolls Royce of hose sprayers. Bought to replace a cheap plastic one which broke in many places and finally was destroyed by frost. A light and smooth action, excellent value for money.

Flow throughput a bit disappointing and jet has a small spray out to one side just enough to wet your trousers as you hose off your boots. I can't get the nozzle apart to check for dirt. But seems to have the robustness I was seeking: plastic versions kept falling apart.

Best ever
I have been gardening for 50 years and this watering gun is the best I have ever used, I wish i could say the same for plastic hose fittings I always end up with wet arms and legs
