I love this container. It’s great to make my own natural juices and have this in the refrigerator and never have to take a whole container out every time I want something to drink. Quality is good size is good and ease of use is great

I am FUMING!!!! This thing cracked the minute I put it in the refrigerator on the very first use and spilled EVERYWHERE! Floor, rug, everything in the refrigerator. The glass is so incredibly thin right where it should be the thickest, where the tap is screwed in. I want my money back, and can't return it due to someone getting cut while trying to repackage it. I'm posting pictures of the tank, and how thin the glass is. This product is dangerous!

This drink dispenser was just what I was looking for, reasonable priced, solidly built and made of glass. It is easy to assemble and clean. The lid a little flimsy but it's fine. The biggest drawback is the placement of the nozzle. You cannot dispense the last 20% of the drink without needing to lift the back. It's not too big of a deal to me but but I can see it being an issue for others. I'm considering building a tilted platform for it to sit on so it's easier on my wife and kids. Overall I'm pleased with the product.

This 5L glass jar is a nice heavy glass that so far doesn’t slip too much when dispensing water from my refrigerator shelf. The shorter profile makes it easy to place in the top shelf of my Maytag refrigerator. It would be nice if it had tabs on the bottom to secure non-slippage. The spigot was easy to assemble and hasn’t leaked yet. The lid could be a little heavier for ease to screw on, but so far so good.

I like it. I won't buy another or recommend for this price. It says "durable glass" I would say it has maybe a single and a quarter blown glass thickness. Not "durable" as I actually feared getting the grommet on the inside container would chip it. But I did it. That being said, I do like the little thing, it's elegant and sqaut, and fits nicely on the bottom shelf of my fridge. The top lid does leak if sloshed or tilted, and I made sure I tested the tap before review and it has a nice smooth pour, not to fast for my kids. So no true complaints as I successfully got the tap on and didn't break anything. Just understand it's durable compared to fancy porcelain.

I’m only giving this one star because it had such a great look and effective spout, also because I have to give it something to leave a review. HOWEVER, the top shattered while room temperature water was being poured into it. The sides are of proper thickness but the top is ridiculously thin - like cheap picture frame glass thin. ER advised we were lucky it cut near the forearm versus the wrist… for obvious reasons. I’m going to go deeper with this and contact Amazon directly to have this product removed. This is a dangerous product and simply does not pass basic safety standards.

I love that this is a glass container and not plastic. I use it to store purified water in the refrigerator. Works great! One thing to consider, due to the placement of the spigot, as the water level lowers near the spigot, you will need to tilt the container forward to empty contents, or add more liquid. This is a manufacturer design issue. Being it is glass, probably prevents the spigot hole from being placed lower. That is the nature of all dispensers with a spigot. The spigot is stainless steel and good quality.

The pitcher looks beautiful. That’s the last positive thing I can say. It is not sturdy and it leaks. I read some reviews that talked about the thin glass and somehow believed mine would be different. It wasn’t. First, it leaked all over the refrigerator. And then the glass cracked within one day. I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Mis niños de 8 y 10 años seguian derramando al menos 1 vez por semana la jarra del agua fresca al sacarla del refrigerador. Este dispensador de cristal vino a ser la solución a este problema. El deposito tiene buena capacidad y cabe muy bien en los anaqueles del refrigerador. El grifo es metalico y correctamente colocado al canto del recipiente de critsal no derrama ni una sola gota, lo que sí sucede, en ocasiones, al cerrar la valvula del grifo, en que quedan algunas gotas atrapadas en el interior de la valvula las que a los pocos minutos caen. Esta situación la corregi pidiendo a los niños que acercquen la boquilla del vaso al canto de la valvula para recoger las gotas que puedan quedar y poniendo una tapa de plastico que recoge estas pocas gotas que, al ser usualmente de agua de jamaica, resultan un poco escandalosas. Lo recomiendo. Eso si, la limpieza y relleno del recipiente de cristal debe hacerse solo por adultos.

This is a staple in my fridge. I make different flavours of water and it’s a perfect size, doesn’t take up a lot of space. It pours out nice and has not leaked once.

Way too fragile and the edges are super thin. They definitely could make it slightly thicker, especially for such high price! Unfortunately I enjoyed using it for a few days until I had to wash it before refilling and it cracked. Unless you're going to handle it with EXTREME care like, I’d recommend to save your money and find a better quality alternative.

Do not buy this product. When installing the spout you can feel how thin the glass is around the area. i tightened the seals as much as i could and it still leaked under the seals. I went to try and tighten it more and the glass right underneath broke. They need to redesign this product and use better or thicker glass and create a better seal system around the spout. It does look nice though.

After installing the faucet and then filling with water, I noticed there was a very slight leak from the gasket. I then tightened the nut a half turn and this cracked the glass.
