Organic Hemp Protein Powder by TheHealthyTree Company - Harvested in Europe - Vegan, High in Omega-3, Iron, Amino Acids and Magnesium - Raw Hemp Protein (300g)

The taste is pretty earthy, although it's not offensive, I wouldn't want to eat on its own. However, in limited amounts it can be hidden pretty well in smoothies, especially if you add cocoa/cacao powder, which seems to mask the taste the best of what I've tried. Because of the taste, it would probably be hard to eat more than a tablespoon in one go without it changing the flavour of whatever you are eating.

Took a while to be delivered and had to keep contacting customer services to find out where it was. But the product itself is fine. I wanted this to add to smoothies and it works fine and doesn't leave an aftertaste. Blends in well.

I add Hemp to my early morning smoothie for added protein and the hemp from The Healthy Tree Company is great value for money and mixes well. I would definitely recommend.

I love putting this and the pea protein powder in casseroles and other dishes. It's not suitable for shakes since it has a really earthy plant taste. I also use it as a thickener instead of flour.

like this product and arrived in good time

Prompt delivery. Superb product

I add a tablespoon of this Hemp Protein to my smoothie every day, it does not affect the taste or texture of my smoothie and I know I am giving my smoothie an Omega 3 and Amino acid boost. As I am vegetarian, this is ideal to boost my lack of protein intake, Hemp is one of the few vegan sources of complete protein. It is also rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. These fatty acids are found respectively in the perfect 3:1 ratio in hemp protein, making hemp protein beneficial for the heart, brain and for metabolism. I'm really impressed with the quality and purity of this hemp protein as well as the low price and would certainly purchase again.
