I've been drinking Hydracharge for a long time. I haven't found anything to beat it. I definitely stay hydrated . Great taste

I really enjoy using Hydra Charge to help with hydration especially when at the gym. I have noticed since using this product I have been more hydrated and more motivated to drink water. I have tried all the flavors and the Apple Limeade is definitely the best of them.

Good stuff high quality product with a great unique flavor

Peach mango flavor is the best in my opinion. These electrolytes work well I drink them every day sometimes twice a day I know they work because when I don’t use them, I sometimes get cramps.

There are much cheaper electrolytes even without carbs that taste less like an industrial chemical mix than this one.

I have tried all the flavours. I will continue to buy the fruit punch or this. I did not especially enjoy the mango version. You drink the bcaas and just taste this drink . It is quite cool and refreshing , it tastes more of chemicals than the fruit punch or the ON Kiwi and strawberry. But I now prefer to use Kaged muscle bcaas and this for the quality of the product. So the opportunity cost of the slightly chemical taste for me is worth it to be able to drink more bcaas.

This is delicious & excellent for hydrating the cells. A perfect pick-me up for the afternoon instead of coffee & a good way to get us to drink lots more water. We use a little to flavour a large shaker bottle & end up drinking way more water than usual.
