I bought it to mix honey, pollen, and propolis. It is really sturdy, and to be honest, the only complaint I have is the length. I mix 5-gallon buckets, and it is missing an extra inch. Well, it is not a big deal, and it does not impede appropriate mixing. I just mentioned it because it is the only negative thing I found. For the rest, I think that it is a good buy, it is sturdy and durable, very sturdy, it won’t bend or break, and I already tested it with a very hard mix. Cleaning is very easy, almost like washing a fork or a knife. The price is not cheap, of course, we always want items to be very cheap, but considering that it is stainless steel, sturdy, it works perfectly, attaches to any drill with no inconvenience, and overall well-made, I think that if you are going to need it, it is worth it. I do recommend this product.

awesome beater for using with a drill that won’t bog down when mixing thick ingredients. this thing made mixing 15lbs of raw meats for the dogs soooo much easier and faster than beforehand. In less than 30 minutes i had meats mixed, portioned out & packaged, bowl and beater washed and dried. It use to take me a good hour beforehand cause i have upper arm weakness and had a hard time mixing large quantities so had to do small batches at a time, not with this awesome beater that is very well made, thick and like commercial grade. will not be breaking on you at all.. my only ‘personal’ issue with it is the length. i’m mall frame and 5’4 and found it too long for me and had to use two hands on drill to keep beater in area of bowl i wanted it at cause i couldn’t maneuver it well with one hand/arm. No biggy though, my hub sawed it down 2” for me and now it is perfect and i won’t need to use two hands on drill anymore.. Glad hub found this for me and i’m sure he is glad too cause i was going to upgrade my 3.5qt kitchenaid stand mixer to a 6 or 8qt one to mix meats in and that was going to cost hundreds instead of the $20 for this beater which i like much better in the end..

Works great for mixing a large batch of potatoes! I used my cordless drill and was shocked at how quickly it worked.

I cook at camp or when camping and use this to whip potatoes, make whip cream, and shred smoked pork butt. It is quite durable and works with my battery operated drill. The beater is the right size, not too big or too small. The length is right for working in Dutch ovens. Normal beaters are too short.

It's good but would be better if it was 3" longer or so. Kinda short. It does work however but could be a lot better.

As a handyman that frequently has to mix hot mud and joint compound, I highly recommend this little mixer. Fits great in the mud tray. I only wish it would lock in the 1/4 shank of my impact driver but we can't have everything. This is still a great time saver. Easy to clean, just give it a spin in the water bucket.
