Will this work for long hair ?

It works for creating volume to a style. My hair is short, just below ears, and I liked being able to style using my hands instead of curling iron.

how long can you leave it in before shampooing

My sister and I both use it, but we mostly shower every day and wash our hair, so I’m not sure, but it’s dry and a little thickening, so I’m sure you could leave it for a couple of days at least. It doesn’t change the texture of your hair, so I don’t see that it would make any difference from day to day.
