Vitamix Immersion Blending Jar, 32 oz, Dishwasher Safe, BPA-Free Tritan

This is exactly what I expected--a storage container that I can also use as a blending container for my Vitamix Immersion Blender. The container is sturdy and has a tight-fitting lid. In fact, the lid can be quite difficult to remove if it's tightened very much. The container is roomy (32 oz/960 ml) and of sturdy quality. It's useful for blending soup, beverages, or other items and then putting the lid on it for storage. No transfer of containers is necessary. The shape is designed for an immersion blender and facilitates better blending action and minimal splash out. It's nothing fancy, but it's just what I needed for it's intended use. I purchased two of them. They're a bit pricey but I don't expect to need to buy any more. They seem very durable.

I initially thought this was glass, but even though it isn’t, I’m very happy with it. It’s perfect for using with my immersion blender — the tall shape makes blending really easy and helps contain splashes, while still being large enough for bigger batches. I also love that I can just put the lid on and store whatever I made directly in the fridge. I’ve found it useful for other things too — I used it with a funnel while squeezing a large batch of lime juice (as shown in the photo), and it was ideal. Very practical and exactly what I needed!

Love it :). No more onion chopping for me. Put a cut onion and Vitamix Immersion blender will turn it into a paste in a minute. So convenient.

Maybe it would be ok if I could get the lid off. It’s brand new out of the box and the lid is on so tight I can’t open the jar to use it. Literally hurt both of my hands trying forever to remove the lid. So annoying.

The jars plastic and the lid does get stuck. You can’t tighten it too much or you can’t open it again.

This is my second purchase, moved states and left my first one behind. I love how durable this is. Perfect size. Easy to clean. I use my immersion blender with ice for my smoothies countless times and it has not shown any sign of wear. I also like how it comes with a cover. I do wish it had a straw cover too.

Was skeptical at first. But this jar is amazing. If have an immersion blender this is more then a must have. Allows you to pack it full and immersion blenders make short work at what you can throw at them. And you would think it would splash out of top but I've filled it to the brim and didnt even lose a drop. It's the concave top that the key. Like smoothies this with immersion blender are a must have. Did I mention it takes much less time to get a great blend then most top brands of your typical blender with a pitcher.

I don't have a VitaMix immersion blender, I've got another brand that I love. Mine came with a tall cup to use for blending and I've used it successfully for years now. So, why did I bother to get this jar? Simply put, it's got a lid. So I can blend, cover, and store all in one piece. My immersion blender fits into this jar easily, so there are no worries there. I'm not sure why they ask me to rate blending power - the power resides in the immersion blender, not in the jar.. So that's why I went with a 3 in that category.

Péssimo. A imagem do produto no anúncio aparece com o fundo liso e plano. O produto entregue tem fundo convexo e uma protuberância que impede que mixers que não o específico da marca sejam usados sem baterem no plástico. Má fé total em editar a imagem para passar a ideia de um fundo que não é do produto e induzir o comprador ao erro.

At the end of the day, it's a rectangular plastic jar with a screw-on lid. I don't consider either the name 'Vitamix' or its supposed design quality worth this high price of £30, even if it is shipped from America. I expected something of much higher quality... shop around.

Good quality. Ours was cracked so we got this to replace it. It works well with the immersible blender, love the lid for storing extra 👍

I'm so impressed by the quality of this Vitamix Immersion Blending Jar. It's thick and sturdy with clearly marked measurements. I'm going to get another one since I'll be making mayonnaise and smoothies. I can store the mayonnaise right in the jar for a couple of weeks in the fridge while I whip up smoothies and puree cream soups with the other. Now I am inspired to purchase the Immersion Blender, as well.
