I'm a 33 year old male. I work out and do sauna 5x a week and hike on the weekends. I consider myself fairly athletic despite being over 200 pounds. All that to say no matter how much I worked on my hygiene I had persistent jock itch that wouldn't go away for about 4 months. Using this, I kid you not, I noticed a difference after the first day. By the end of the week my rash, which I thought would leave a scar, was hardly noticeable. Now I use it as a preventative when going on long hikes or if I know I had a particularly sweaty day. It's odorless and prevents rash and for the cost seems very worth it as it doesn't require much. The powder can be a little messy but much preferred over cream. 5/5 stars its effective and easy to use.

I tried all kinds of over the counter creams. I tried prescription cream from my dermatologist and it did not really help for long. This powder worked very quickly and causes no problems. I wish I found it a few years ago. You will not be disappointed if you get this.

This antifungal (AF) powder works. It contains miconazole nitrate, one of the "big three" over-the-counter anti-fungals (Miconazole Nitrate, Terbinafine, and Clotrimazole). Killing fungus turns out to be a very slow process. For my use, a big plus to the powder was it doesn't sting or burn when applied, which I discovered occurred with the AF sprays by trying two different brands of AF sprays. For me, the sprays were so painful when applied (probably due to the alcohol in the propellant) that I inmediately suspended their use. It didn't take but a couple applications of the sprays to look to the powder as an alternative. I found the powder was a bit challenging to apply to the groin area since it is difficult to see some of the affected area needing treatment. Also, if you attempt to apply the powder standing up, you lose a great deal of the power to gravity. To avoid powder on the floor, I tried applying it in the shower after drying off from taking a shower. I eventually moved from the shower stall and now apply it laying down in bed. I've been using the powder now for three weeks and the jock itch is not yet totally cured, but it has subsided. The instructions say you should see results in two weeks. I definitely see results -- just not totally cured yet. Be prepared for a slow healing process. I liked the fact this powder is mostly odorless, unlike I found athlete's foot AF powders to be...another positive trait for this powder. Bottom line: Users should manage their expectations as to healing time...it's a slow process.
