Good quality, grip good - I seen this brand in Boots.com(had sold out), and I thought must be a good brand if they are stocking them and they are as with the rubber coating, they stay sort of fixed in your hand & good price

The weights are very sturdy and have a nice non slip coating on them which is nice to the touch and grip. Good value for money. A leaflet with workouts included so very pleased with purchase. Colour orange is fine and the fine for me (3kg).

These weights are perfect for arm excercise! They are easy and comfortable to hold and are of a perfect weight! Not too heavy and not too light!

I am unable to lift heavy weights but as someone nearing 70, I still like to keep fit and toned. These are just right for my upper body workout. I do fitness videos at home and find I can do the aerobic sections holding these weights as well for added toning. Good value, grip and I can feel the muscles working! Some people would need heavier weights but if you're like me, I think you'll find these ideal. Would recommend
