Well I thought this cake my mother loves fruitcake she used to make them all the time but now that she’s 88 she says it’s really hard and the ingredients are so expensive but I bought this cake for her and I soaked it like my mom and grandma dad. But I want you to know that that OK is gone my mother is in one month she said it was the best cake she had in years and she even bought one herself and she still got it so I’m so very very happy to have bought this and made my Mother’s Day She said she when she opened it up she said you really did add to it I said yes ma’am just like you told me anyway she said thank you it’s the best cake I’ve had in years and will remember it forever so thank you to the folks who made it it made a mama a grandmother and a great grandmother very very happy so thank you

This was a gift for a fruit cake lover. This is the first time I purchased a fruit cake from this company. The recipient said it was fresh and delicious, loaded with the perfect amount of fruit. I thought it was a very good price and it even comes in a beautiful reusable tin. I’ll be purchasing more in the future.

Collin St. doesn’t skimp on the pecans and candy fruits.i buy two every year one for our dinner party, and a 2nd for me. Wanted to try this Fruit cake COULD SEE pecans.&Variety of fruits. . No CITRUS OR CITRUS flavoring NOT DESIRED . Compared to HARRY & DAVID'S FRUIT CAKE FRUIT VERY FINELY CUT CHOPPED NO CITUS FLAVOR EITHER TEXTURE WAS VERY DIFFERENT IT WAS IT WAS ALMOST TOO MOIST INSIDE BUT NO EXCEPTIONAL FLAVORING TO THEIRS HARRY and DAVID'S FRUIT CAKE . CHOOSE WISELY.

My family has been receiving Fruitcakes from the the incredible Collin St Bakery for over 70 years!! I’ve yet to meet anyone who does not like their goodies. I believe that may have started making fruitcapes first. As the years have gone by, they have continued to add all kinds of wonderful goodies. I still like their fruitcake best though. The bakery has always been family owned. They get their products out very quickly — packed in a tin, which is sealed, then sealed inside a heavy duty box for shipping. They arrive very quickly, all sealed up. I’ve never received one that was not completely fresh. These folks are among the best in the world and their reputation continues to grow — they shipped to over 195 countries at latest count, and began in1896. Their products are amazing and they TOTALLY ROCK!! From a devoted fan — N Brown .

Awesome. haven't had a fruitcake this good in years. Please accept my thanks for such a moist and delicious cake. I'll be ordering another in a few weeks.

PLEASE NOTE THE QUALITY IS GOOD MY COMMENTS ARE BASED ON PERSONAL PREFERENCE ONLY 1) It is a gooey sticky pasty mess, and it falls apart 2) There is very little cake, it is like the actual cake is the least ingredient 3) The pieces of nuts are huge out of proportion to the rest of the cake slice. it is like a handful of large nuts. The cake is ruined by the huge nut chunks that seem held together with melted gummy bears 4) It is too sweet way too sweet like Splenda, so the sweetness overrides the flavor 5) The Fruit is out of proportion to the cake as far as piece size To me this cake is just not worth the high price it does not seem like fruit cake UPDATE) Made my 9th attempt to get a slice of fruit cake and it simple is not going to happen the chunks are just too big and all the knife does is breaks off the nuts and fruit in chunks so instead of getting a nice slice to butter all you get is a pile of chunks. The size of the slice that you have to generate to get what might even be considered a slice is about 1/2 inch and even then, it just breaks down. This cake was not designed very well.
