One of the better blackened seasoning brands.
Excellent taste. I used this seasoning on filleted salmon and tilapia over charcoal grill. Just go easy on the amount as the saltiness can be a little overwhelming. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I think this is why chicken was invented.
WHy I can't find this stuff in any stores near me is a mystery. But I keep a steady supply coming via Amazon. Best Blackened seasoning I've found.

Try it on Baby Back Ribs
Sometimes this is difficult to find in stores in my area, so glad to find it here. It goes well on chicken, pork, fish, even vegetables.
