Brilliant heater, heats a large room within minutes & it’s not noisy! The colours and options are amazing & it looks so beautiful with the logs too. You can put the fire on without the heat too just for the effect. I’m so glad I purchased this & not the £600 one I was looking at. My husband was reluctant at first but I went ahead & brought it , he is so happy with it & can’t believe how much heat comes out. It’s finished our room & it’s now a cosy living room in time for Christmas:-) Also it said 4-5 days delivery but it came the next day. Excellent service.

At first the fire looked good and appeared to be working fine but after a few weeks it has developed an irritating clicking sound when its been on for a while and that's without using it for heat, just the flame effect. Really disappointed. (Ive updated this review from my previous 1* score to 5* as the supplier has been very helpful and has replaced the fire without any problems. Having used the new one for several months it is working perfectly, so I'm now a very happy customer. Have had lots of comments on how good it looks too. We love that you can either have or eliminate the blue coloured flame and that there's a choice of background colour at each side too. First photo shows the fire with blue flame, second photo is without. Hope you find this helpful/useful.

What a great electric fire it’s just perfect for our lounge, the lights and flames are amazing the heat output is incredible I would highly recommend this fire. We are well impressed.👍

Fabulous fire fir our feature wall

fire came really quickly was fairly easy to put up.. remote control was a bit of a pain though to actually get the heat on. but reading the instructions a few times now getting the knack of it. heat is excellent on it and i love how it looks on the wall.

We waited a long time to have it installed and it stayed in the box for over 6 months during which I started doubting myself but I’m pleased we finally got it out and installed . We built a wall around so managed to hide the cables and put tiles around . I like this fire a lot ! Especially the fact it comes with a remote . It looks really good and you can barely tell it’s electric . I hope it lasts long !! Really enjoying it .

Lovely fire, worth every penny

Una chimenea muy bella y funciona perfectamente . Las llamas muy reales y el diseño encanta. Es muy silencioso . Único que debo decir, las instrucciones no son muy claras y estamos aún en dudas sobre el funcionamiento del mando. Llego antes la fecha indicada muy bien embolada

Superbe design! Possibilité de l’utiliser avec ou sans chauffage, chaleur réglable, flammes réglables et couleur éclairage led sur les côtés au choix. Idéal sous une TV car la chaleur sort du dessous. Léger bruit de soufflerie quand on chauffe... et ça chauffe vraiment ! L’illusion est parfaite ! Je recommande !

Me ha sorprendido sobre todo el realismo de las "llamas". Para mi gusto queda muy bonita. Es importante saber que el aire caliente sale por la parte inferior, con lo que puedes ponerlo bajo del televisor, como ha sido mi caso, sin problemas de calentamiento del mismo.
