Magnetic Phone Clip Selfie Monitor Screen for iPhone, 4K/1080P

This Newmowa selfie monitor is, without a doubt, the single best accessory I've ever bought for my iPhone. If you're a vlogger, TikTok creator, or just want to take amazing selfies and videos, stop using your front-facing camera right now and buy this. The problem has always been simple: the best camera is on the back of the phone, but you can't see yourself. This little monitor solves that problem perfectly. The screen is surprisingly crisp and clear, letting me frame my shots perfectly while using the cinematic power of the main rear camera. The 4K 30fps Wired Mode is the Killer Feature What sets this model apart is the "4K 30fps Wired Recording" support. While wireless mirroring is an option, it can sometimes lag, especially at high resolutions. By plugging this directly into my iPhone, the feed is instant. There is ZERO latency. This means I can record in glorious 4K, see exactly what the camera sees in real-time, and never have to guess if I'm in focus or framed correctly. It makes my iPhone feel like a professional vlogging setup. The magnetic clip is super strong and snaps right onto my phone (it works perfectly with MagSafe compatible cases). It feels secure, and I'm not worried about it falling off. Final Verdict: This product has elevated my video quality overnight. Being able to confidently film with the rear camera is a total game-changer. It's lightweight, easy to set up, and the lag-free 4K wired connection is worth every penny. This is a 5-star product all day long and a must-have for any serious mobile content creator.

Love this selfie monitor. It’s extremely easy to use. Side note if you film in 4K there is a lag

I was so excited for this product (found on TikTok). I’ve wanted to UP my content game by using the back camera on my phone. I had read some reviews where some people said it was laggy. I decided to take a chance and purchase. The first time I used it it worked great! You have to connect to WiFi, mirror your phone, a pretty simple process. The second time I used it a few days later, I went through the same process, and it started out fine. But then I noticed my image on the screen was severely lagging. I had to reset the device and then it seemed to work okay after that. A week after that, I used it a 3rd time. I was so happy being able to use my back camera, and even though it wasn’t great, I was able to see enough despite the lag to center myself in the screen, and I was overlooking the problems. During the 3rd time, it started straight up freezing. I couldn’t get it to unfreeze unless I took it off the tripod and restarted and reconnected it, which was annoying because I’m in the middle of filming. When it freezes, the camera screen goes black so you have to tend to it. Toward the end of filming, my phone overheated and stopped filming! I’ve never had my iPhone 13 overheat since I’ve had it. And it was incredibly hot from only a 15 minute video?? I let my hopes get up only to be let down. There’s too many issues with this device, they shouldn’t be selling it until they get the bugs worked out. All the bad reviews came true for me unfortunately. Maybe you will have a better experience.

Pros: 1.) I can see myself CLEARLY!! I Don’t have to worry if I’m in frame or not anymore. Takes the worry of having to re-record my content if I’m out of frame. Cons: The battery life is only around 1hour and 15 minutes. 2.) you cannot record in 4K. If you do, the device becomes very laggy. 3.)Overpriced. this product should be cheaper. Maybe around $50 max 3.) No instructions on how to connect the Bluetooth remote to the device. 4.) Only works if you can connect to WiFi. Things that would make it worth the price: 1.) if it had speakers. 2) make it touch screen… I find myself touching the screen, but beep forgetting that it’s not touchscreen capable! 3.) longer battery life

I have been making videos for years and I have gone through different cameras, but now that iPhones cameras are so good, they are my go to for my videos. When I found this product so I could use my away facing camera and still see what it is showing really changed things for me for the better. Setup was fairly easy. A few notes: The password for the wifi is on the screen when you start it (I saw some reviews where people could not find the password). When trying to connect to it, turn your wifi off and back on to make the product name appear on your phone to you can connect to it. The magnet on the phone holder that holds the screen is quite powerful. The camera holder is very high quality and well made and very sturdy. I thought it could not do vertical videos and I was looking for another holder when I realized there is a slot in the ball/holder that lets you do a vertical video (A picture of this is in this review). In short, I love this product and find it works very well but takes a little bit of practice to get it setup and connected quickly.

I love this little monitor. Great image. Easy to connect. Decent battery life. I with the mount were magnetic though. I usually end up using double sided tape to mount it because the mount it comes with has been pretty useless

I bought this mirror accessory for my iPhone, and it’s such a brilliant idea! Since the back camera has the best quality, this mirror makes it super easy to use it for selfies or videos while still being able to see yourself. The mirror is perfectly designed—it fits well, is lightweight, and doesn’t interfere with the phone’s functionality. It’s also very clear and doesn’t distort the image, which is important when lining up your shots. This is such a handy tool for anyone who loves taking high-quality photos or videos with their back camera. I’m really impressed with how useful it is, and I highly recommend it to other iPhone users!

At first, the Newmowa Phone Vlog Selfie Monitor worked great during the first week. The screen displayed correctly, and the setup was smooth. However, after a while, the screen suddenly stretched widely, and no matter what I tried—restarting the device, restarting my phone, or even disconnecting and reconnecting—the issue persisted. Unfortunately, it now seems stuck in this stretched visual mode. Another thing to note is that it takes a few steps to set up each time you use it, which can be a bit inconvenient when you’re in a hurry. Additionally, there are occasional delays, possibly due to Bluetooth connectivity issues. These delays don’t happen all the time but are frequent enough to be frustrating, especially when trying to film consistently. It would be helpful if the device had a dedicated restart button or a way to reset it to default settings. Right now, I’m left with a stretched screen that I can’t fix, which significantly reduces its usability. I hope the manufacturer can address these issues or offer guidance on how to resolve them.

There is lag between the original camera and the item it’s not useful for long videos or tutorials
