Ive never been a great sleeper. I've always been able to fall asleep, but not stay asleep. This supplement has definately helped me get more restful sleep, for a longer period of time. I usually still never sleep through a whole night, but everything counts. I'm on my 2nd bottle and it's a keeper for me. I take it every single night. I'm thinking about leaving a few by my bed so I can take one when I wake up in the middle of the night, and see if I fall asleep faster. I tried taking 2 at once before bedtime, but did not see a difference when I tried that. I think it's a great product and I haven't noticed any bad side effects such as intense dreams or counter affect of not sleeping the next night like what happens with nightime pm meds.

First night I took this, I was was really tired to start, but still lay there awake 5 hours, and when I did start dozing off, I would wake up choking down the hideous taste of this, and it is horrible. When I don't take anything, I can usually fall asleep in 2 or 4 hours on a bad day. Being exhausted does not reduce stress. Would not recommend.

Best over the counter sleep aid I’ve ever taken. It gently nudges me over the edge and I wake up refreshed.

I find this product very helpful with my sleeping & don’t wake up with a residual effect. I do recommend taking it two hours prior to retiring for the night. That is my experience so I don’t have to wait too long to fall asleep. I imagine everyone might react differently. I recommend it.
