Love this fitness stepper. Easy to follow assembly. (Basically the counter) The exercise bands just latch on. (But sturdy) You adjust the tension on how extensive (or easy you want the step to be). The counter reflects the step and calories burned. This works well for me especially for the cold weather days. It's small enough to store away in a corner, under a desk or in a closet. The value I spent on this stepper was well worth the price. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I am so pleased with this purchase! This little stepper is perfect for me, I am 60 years old & have been living a very sedentary lifestyle…in the winter it is hazardous to get outside to walk because of the snow (I live in northern New Brunswick, Canada) so this is perfect for me to get a good workout right in my office, it takes up NO space & it is very quiet & effective!! Thank you!!

This stepper looks great and is light and compact When i first received this the screen did not work but i still gave it a chance as i used my apple watch. Been using it everyday for 10 minutes for 2 months. The stepper has lost its resistance and is making a knocking noise now.
