A nice treat without the guilt
Very tasty without much of the sugar. Normally when you buy these reduce sugars, you have a weird aftertaste, this one just tasted like chocolate. I have a CGM for my sugar level and I tested a before and after to see how much of a glucose spike this would trigger and it was very slight.These are much healthier than your basic store processed candy. I would recommend this to anyone who's sugar conscious.

The BEST Keto Chocolate!
Sugar substitutes like maltitol can cause diarrhea, and Erythritol has been show to increase the risk of stroke by a HUGE percentage, so finding some keto chocolate that didn't have those ingredients and tastes great makes me very happy. Seriously, do some research on Erythritol. It's used so often in sugar free candy and people aren't aware of the risks. Reading this review could save your life. NO amount beyond what the body makes (1/2 a gram per day) is safe, as there's mounting evidence that it can accumulate in the body. This stuff should be completely banned.
