Great when you need a break !
Good supplement for those who struggle with anxiety or insomnia. Unfortunately I have both so I’ve tried a ton of different supplements that haven’t worked for me. So far these capsules have helped me not only fall asleep faster but deeper too. The best part of these is that they don’t make you wake up groggy. They do exactly what you’d expect them to minus the yucky side effects that some other products cause. They also changed the design of the bottle (fun fact). Overall I love these and I will keep purchasing them. I noticed the difference the effects after a short time and you will to ! Def buy.

Great quality and noticeable results! I’ve been taking this magnesium glycinate for a few weeks now, and I can really feel the difference. It helps me relax and sleep better at night, and I also feel less muscle tension during the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I highly recommend it!

Easy to swallow capsules due to the size. No after taste. However, I like to pour the powder into my juice or water and drink after a meal. I only take one a day for now instead of three as recommended. Three gave me a headche. So far the health benefits are kicking in. Sleeping longer through the night. Suppressed apetite and swelling has decreased. The value of the product is good based on the quantity and it's effectiveness.
