Edit: I am updating my previous review because the seller has reached out to me and offered to provide me with a replacement for the damaged candles. The service has been very satisfactory and they have been very helpful in helping me have a positive purchasing experience. I initially gave these candles 2 stars but expressed that the product, had it not been melted, was a very nice product. I stand behind this statement and have updated my review to 5 stars because I greatly appreciate good customer service and I still think the product is a great product. They are very nice candles and they have great functionality. I love that the product is rechargeable and that I can save money on batteries by using these candles rather than my others that require batteries. The charging dock is very efficient and works well, no issues with that. The candles have a nice range of brightness and hold their charge for a good amount of time. The remote is wonderful because I don’t have to handle each candle to turn them on and off which allows me to use the in areas that manual operation makes inconvenient like inside lanterns and up on top of my kitchen cabinets. I like the flexibility that the remote provides. If you have concerns about this product I hope that my information helps alleviate your concerns. My experience has been that in the end I have a very nice set of 6 good condition, attractive, functional candles that meet my expectations and the seller stands behind their products ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied. Seller has completely resolved any issues I had in a very hassle free manner) I was super excited to receive these and I was so disappointed when I opened the package and saw that every single candle was miss sharpened and melted into the foam packaging material. They obviously at some point where exposed to high heat and the wax melted and because the foam was snug it distorted the shape. I would have given them 5 stars had they not been misshapen. I like the product. I love the rechargeable internal batteries. But I’m disappointed unfortunately.

I really like these for being fake candles. I dont think you can get much better than these and I love that I do NOT have to deal with buying batteries anymore. I put these in two sconces from Ballard that hold 3 tapers each on either side of large canvas painting above my fireplace. I originally thought that I would mostly like the candle flickering effect, which from a distance looks pretty natural especially if you slightly tilt the wick.....but I have discovered that I like just using the non flicker setting. In my opinion this looks more like an actual wall sconce that is hardwired instead of it looking like you are trying to have fake flickering candles. Either setting looks good so my point being is that you have lots of options on how you use these tapers. The remote is obvious and easy to use. I have mine set on 4 hr timer that come on automatically every night from 6pm to 10pm and ive not had any timer issues. I do have these set on the dimmest setting to allow the most of the charge and they are lasting just over 1 week on a single charge. I also was experimenting with the brightness levels alot to see what I liked best. The charging is so quick and easy and they have all been consistent and equal in their individual charge times and how long each candle lasts on a charge. All 6 have worked just as they should so far. I got the white color and they are not see through and look and feel like wax candles. So glad to be done with buying batteries. Just think if you had to buy batteries for 6 tapers every month! These are great price too!

These candles are amazing! We have 2 mantels and some wall sconces, both of which have never had taller lit candles for many years. These candles changed that. They are the right height, the right brightness and just look so real next to our actual burning candles. Super easy to use with the remote control and easy to recharge. I'd also like to add that their customer service is exceptional- quick response. Well worth the money.

Looks realistic and the battery lasts awhile. I bought them for christmas , but now I use them year round because they look so nice. Customer service was easy to work with when my remote didn't work.And they sent me an entire new set. Highly recommend

Bought the ivory. Love the real wax outside, flickering and natural looking flame. Love the rechargeability, timer and remote. Originally all of them worked as intended. UNFORTUNATELY, I now have 3 (out of two packs so 3 of 12) that the remote no longer will turn on/off or set the timer. They can still be turned on via the button on the bottom but if you forget to manually turn the broken ones off at the end of the night the battery is obviously drained by morning. Easy to forget when all of the others turn off automatically! Really hoping it doesn't keep happening to more and more of them!

Candles look real, remote works, charge quickly. I took off a star because 2 of the 6 candles arrived broken.

These are such a perfect upgrade from the battery operated candles I've been using for 6+ years. I have gone from lining all of the candles up, changing 4 batteries at a time and twisting the bulbs as close to the same time as possible so that the windows all light up together to the total ease of these candles all sitting on a charging plate and being able to have them light at the exact same time thanks to the remote. I love them! They feel like real wax candles as they have a waxy finish to them. You can choose between a flickering flame and a solid flame. I have mine set to flickering and the front of my house looks so cozy and warm. The color of the flame is life like as well. I purchased gold candlestick holders for them to sit in (Romadedi is the brand) and they fit perfect. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Great rechargeable candle. Instructions are light so make sure to seat the candles into the charger base. I deducted 1 star because 1 candle out of the 6 didn’t work. Really only needed 4 but 1 not working was bothersome. Too late to exchange.

These are amazingly beautiful and look extremely realistic. Charged for 2.5 hours and tried them for 5 hrs, then went to bed. Still going strong on one charge. Love 💕 them. Also bought battery tapered candles and the glow was more yellowy but mixed in nicely with these rechargeable candles. Great products, packaged well and received rather quickly. Thank you 🌷🌷

These candles are perfect if you're looking for a flame look with no actual flame. I love candles, but I'm terrified of burning my house down! They stay charged for a few weeks if you're only using them a little every day -- and recharging in the little doc is very convenient. The remote control is a nice touch, since there are 6 tapers in the set. You can control the brightness of the flames, as well as have an option for a steady light or flickering. No additional colors available in the lights, but it's a realistic warm tone. Comparing these battery powered candles to real flame candles, the flame colors are very similar to real fire (but safer).
