Good quality.
Good quality support that fit in my shoes. Extra pads to stick underneath for more lift if needed.

... these insoles over other less expensive options but I'm glad I did
I was recently diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma and needed a metatarsal dome - I'm not sure what made me go for these insoles over other less expensive options but I'm glad I did. When they arrived I was a little sceptical as they are made from a very hard and unyielding plastic but I have quickly found them to be extremely comfortable and supportive. The "dome" part is separate but sort of velcros on to the base making them easy to adjust for the shape of your foot and once you have got past the initial something-in-your-shoe feeling, they are brilliant. They don't provide any cushioning - look elsewhere if you want something soft to supplement an unforgiving sole - but if you need support for your arch and ball of foot then look no further.

They work!
I had my first pair fitted for me by a professional - they were expensive and I thought they were w waste of money but they have changed the way I walk and taken away a lot of pain that I was having in my ankle, knee and hip. They also lasted for ages (years) so they were actually well worth the money. I thought I checked the XL size box but I got large, they fit and they work well in my narrower style shoes were I have not used them before - so, happy accident.

Hard and no guidelines as to use
Too small, very stiff, small inserts did not fit properly, expensive.

Awful
Supposed to be 5-7 medium. They are far too wide and I donโt struggle with shoes being too wide. Domes donโt stay in place when you put your shoe on they move into the wrong place and cause more pain and even given all this information you cannot claim a refund even tho non of this is my fault.
