I got this for my mom as a birthday gift because she has been dealing with neck pain, and it turned out to be one of the best gifts I’ve ever given her. From the moment she tried it, she was amazed by how effective the deep tissue kneading was at relieving the tension and the added heat function made it even more soothing and comforting. She uses it not only for her back, but also for her neck and legs, and every time she finishes a session she says she feels so much lighter and more relaxed. It has a good power level and speed setting, too, so I'm able to use it when she isn't. I recently tried the Snailax back massager and was impressed. The setup is easy; it uses Velcro straps to secure to almost any seat, it works just by leaning it against the couch too. It's fine for the price point, but the cover flap thing drives me crazy. It's removable, but I wish it velcroed on top and bottom so it doesn't slide all around. This massager is nice for my back, but I wish it had two sets of rollers, to get more surface area. However, it does really work my tight upper back/shoulders. I find that I can use it on different surfaces for different intensity in addition to the built in setting. For example, laying it on the floor vs a chair vs my bed. The heat is really nice, but the vibration is loud and kind of weird. It is fairly easy to store or put out of the way.

This has made a huge difference in the pain. Relief and mobility are what I get from this product. It's easy to move. Easy to operate and easy to clean. Great quality product for the price.

This back massager is great! It doesn't grind into my bones like other back massagers do but it still massages deep enough to relieve my lower back pain with different heat, speed, and intensity settings. It's also nice and small for easy storing. The strap in the back makes it easy to move up and down kna. Chair so it can massage different parts of the back too!

This massager does not have a strap(s) to hold it in place on my desk chair. The shiatsu portion rubs my backbone which is uncomfortable. It does not seem to fit my office chair correctly. When I use it, I have to place something under my lower legs and feet or I will fall forward out of my chair. I thought I would enjoy using it much more than I do. I don't care for the vibration at all. It is loud and just seems to shake my chair so I am not sure how it is considered helpful. It is just noisy. The user's manual is also lacking.

This is a great Little massager It looks good and is really well made It has 3 speeds for shiatsu and reverse direction, 3 vibration patterns and 3 levels of heat. Most importantly, all can be used independently or in any combination, which I love as I've had massagers that wouldn't give you heat unless you have the massage on at the same time and sometimes you just want heat, or you might want just vibration if your muscles are too sore for shiatsu. You are in complete control with this one. It also has a pad that flips over it to reduce the pressure when you are too sore and want a gentle massage, which I love because sometimes shiatsu massagers are just too painful, this is a really simple, low tech fix for that and it really works. Very versatile because it's small, light weight and very easy to handle to move it around to whatever part of the body you want to use it on. I love it on my legs as none of my other massagers are for leg muscles , I've even used it on my feet and it feels great. The only thing this massager doesn't do well for me is my neck, but i have spent years looking for a massager that is good for my neck and tops of my shoulders, none of them seem to be good for that area, even the chairs that cost thousands of dollars so I'd be surprised if this did, (I have finally found one that does, you can check out my other reviews if that is what you are looking for ) but if you want a small, versatile massager that you can easily use all over I highly recommend this one. Full disclosure, I was asked to review this massager for a refund and I agreed only because I have bought lots of massagers and am always looking for a better one, if this didn't work well I would not want to keep it ( and add it to the pile of less than helpful massagers I already have) let alone give it an undeserved review, I am genuinely happy I have discovered this one, it will get lots of use.
