This is an excellent product! Just one look at the ingredients list and I was sold! It is extremely difficult if even possible to find this many helpful ingredients in one supplement! Usually you're gonna be stuck having to buy three or more products to equal what this one contains - and for the price it really is a no-brainer for me! I would also recommend Ultimate Pet Nutrition's Feline Nutra Thrive as I've had much success with their product as well - only downside is the price for the amount you get is much higher than Dr. Bill's. There are a few discrepancies between ingredients but overall this product still has more ingredients total than any other I've seen for sale.Also, my four cats LOVE the taste of this product to the extent they will track down and try to tear open the pouch to get to it!What I do in order to disperse it throughout the dry kibble is I use a gallon size plastic zip lock slide lock bag and fill it with between 3 and 4 scoops (I have a big scoop that came with my storage container) which equals about a cup per scoop and then I measure the Ultimate Fitness and Health with the small included measuring scoop- one level small scoop (or slightly less) per cup of kibble (err on the side of less is more always) and then push the air mostly out of the bag, zip up, then shake very well making sure to get it as evenly dispersed as possible. I like how this also keeps the food fresh and since it's only 3-4 cups at a time, it keeps the entire mixture fresh every time! If adding to wet food, I like to add 1/2 scoop per can of food and make sure to add a decent amount of water to the mix as cats are notorious for not drinking enough water! I don't measure the water, I just know how much my cats will allow before it gets too watered down for their tastes - if you've never tried this you'll have to experiment, but it is worth it to at least add a little water.Another tip for those with cats that are suffering tummy troubles aka constipation - try natural pumpkin formulated for cats - search Amazon for "pumpkin for cats" and you'll get a whole bunch of different formulations. I've used a couple wet food formulations and they worked wonders for my cats (note: pumpkin works for people too! 😉) This product works great for cats who have constipation but just in case you still have issues I thought I'd throw that in!Some have mentioned receiving expired product - I am careful now to check but as of this review I have yet to receive any expired product so thumbs up on that front!The product used to come in a screw top container and now comes in a zipper lock pouch so I'm kinda glad I kept the screw top container and I just refill it - though this is just a personal preference and I'm sure the change was done to keep costs down and for that I'm always grateful! So keep up the good work and please keep this product available as the food out there for cats is very lacking in it's nutritional value, sadly. You really should be supplementing your pets with something other than just what's in their food - they will thank you!

We have just started using it but all our cats accepted it well.

My cats love the taste and the results are very evident. They have more energy, their eyes are sparkly clear, and their coats became thicker and shinier. Though pricey, it's totally worth it as even the best quality cat food dies not contain the ideal amount of nutrients you cat needs. Also, I split one suggested serving amount between 4 cats and it is plenty. The scoop used to be tiny but now it's about the width of a woman's thumbnail. So I give them about a quarter of the recommended amount and the results are amazing.

I only gave them a half a scoop 10 minutes later they threw it all up

My 17yr old kitty has gotten weak the last 6 months, and as of the last few weeks refuses to eat anything except pure meat baby food. My vet said just give her whatever she wants at this point, and whatever I think is best since we've tried everything else. My disclaimer is that you should always talk to your vet about these decisions, first. I got this because it seemed like she was weaker by the day and I KNEW baby food just didn't have the nutrients she needed. She's already petite, about 5.5lbs. I got this to give her whatever nutrients she was lacking (which I suspect were many). I gave her a half scoop of this vitamin powder at night, and the next morning I already felt that her ribs were more filled out. It wasn't from food. I suspect it was because she could properly process her water intake from the vitamins and actually become hydrated. Every day since the first day, she has gained just a tiny bit more "meat" on her ribs. It's slow and slight, but it's definitely there. More importantly, she's not getting thinner and weaker, which was the case before the vitamins. She's also stronger. I give her medicine three times a day and she used to just take it, begrudgingly. Now she pushes back and fights and tries to jump away. JUMP. She wasn't jumping at all before! I'm so happy. What a great product, thanks a lot!I do have to address the topic of administration though. My girl kitty will not eat this willingly. Not in powder form or mixed with water/milk/food etc. I fill a 1ml oral syringe with water and squirt that into a tiny bowl. Then I mix that with half a scoop of the vitamin powder. I then suck the mixture back into the oral syringe and administer that. Once the vitamins are added to the water, the syringe doesn't quite hold all the liquid, and it becomes about a syringe and a 1/3rd syringe. It means I have to administer vitamins twice that day. Sometimes if she's having a very strong day and ate well, I skip the second smaller vitamin dose and save it in the fridge for the next morning. Maybe this info will help someone. I think the product was completely worth the money spent. My kitty used to be very restless and up all the time, pacing. Now she sleeps longer and better and is stronger. Her day to day quality of life has definitely improved.

I lightly coat my kitty's kibble with this product, and the cats have no problem with it. What I do is put about 4/5 cups of kibble in a bowl with about one level scoop, and toss it all together to distribute as evenly as possible. Then the mixture goes into a kibble feeder. No problem. I have five healthy cats with glossy coats and bright eyes.

These vitamins are great. Ordered them for my older cat. He is recovering from a respiratory infection. The reason I gave this four stars is because the manufacture date said 11/16. That means that the powder had been sitting on a shelf somewhere for almost two years before I received it. I question the potency of the product because if this, but thankfully it was well sealed and smelled fine. My cat liked it mixed with a little milk or sprinkled on top of his wet food. He eats it right up.

I have used this with my cats before and have had no issues, but the latest batch I recently received has a manufacturing date of two years ago. There is no mention on the label regarding shelf life, so I have no clue if this is effective or even safe. I emailed the manufacturer three times now and have not received any response. I also see that this item is no longer available which makes me believe this supplement may have been discontinued and the manufacturer is trying to unload inventory onto consumers with no regard for their cats. There are plenty of comparable products out there. I will never buy from Dr. Bill's again. A little bit of customer service goes a long way with me, but I have an endless supply of spite if someone decides to play with my two cats' health for profit. This supplement may be perfectly safe. I have no idea. I have given them many days and multiple emails to reassure me of this. Even if they try to respond to me at this point telling me this product is fine I won't believe them. Dr. Bill, you're a hack.UPDATE: Dr. Bill's finally emailed me back a week after I began emailing them and after spending $20.99 plus tax at my local wholistic pet shop for a new supplement. Also the day after I left this one star review. Dr. Bill's claims this product has a shelf life of three years. It's September of 2018 and this stuff was manufactured in 2016. I ordered it on September 5th so it's almost past its shelf life. I won't be using it as I do not trust a pet supplement company who takes an entire week, three emails, and one bad review to get back to its customers. Something wrong with that.

For your cat’s health! I have three cats and they eat this only if mixed in with a small can of pate. I use one teaspoon for the three cats and so far so good. They won’t eat it if sprinkled on their dry food, it must be stirred and mixed well with the canned pate. I think it is making their coat less dry.
