This external monitor has been really great. Works perfectly with my 15" MacBook. Can also be used as a standalone vertical mode if you want it unattached. Easy to use, plug and play. Folds up nice and comes with a bag to carry it and the cords with. It came in a very quality, well packaged box. I like the versatility of the connection options either using USB C or HDMI if you want to connect a game system. Screen is bright and colorful.

I bought this to use with my company laptop, a 14” MacBook Pro M5. After plugging in the cable, the monitor came right up. I love that it sits above the laptop instead of next to it. This conserves desk space which is a good thing. I also like that the stand acts as a hard cover for the LCD panel. The 16” size really isn’t that more wider than the width of the laptop screen so it doesn’t look out of place. My goal is to have the laptop be a portable set up I can take on trips and work from anywhere rather than a big multiple monitor monstrosity like I’ve built out in the past. The fact the USB-C/TB4 port both provides power and video is great and keeps the setup streamlined. The extension part of the stand takes some getting used to. I found out if I keep the monitor on a soft surface like my lap and mildly slam the magnetic puck in the direction I need the extension to go, it works reliably. Also, when the monitor and stand are on a stable surface like a table or desk, I haven’t had any worries about it tipping over. The display is very readable and clear - however next to (actually, above) the MacBook display you’re going to tell that it’s a $120-ish LCD panel. Again it’s very usable - it’s just that the MacBook display is so phenomenal. I am not complaining because the extension monitor being inexpensive is part of the plan for traveling - if it’s breaks I am not out a lot of money and can get another one. Though, with the stand acting as a hard cover, I expect this to last. Overall, I am very happy with the product and will likely be getting one for my wife to use when she travels - maybe even replace the ancient LCD / fluorescent backlit monitor she’s been using at home.

This screen extender is a game-changer for me. I travel frequently for work and really miss my external monitors while on the road. This setup lightweight (enough) and VERY easy to connect. Viewing angles are adequate, however, to stay up without reliance on your laptop, it has to lean pretty far back. Not a big issue, but it does make adjustments trickier. The only other thing on my wish list is that it would power both screens thru one port. That said, the connectivity options are excellent and it was easy to setup. The materials feel quality and durable so far. So far it has been perfect for work travel, whether I'm in the airport lounge or working from a hotel room. As an added bonus, it's versatile enough that my kids can use it to plug in their Nintendo Switch when we are on vacation. Highly recommend for both business productivity and family travel.

So I was loving my monitor - still do, BUT now it's giving me issues. I purchased it 6 months ago, but I think there may be an issue with the cord. The screen is going in and out. I think it has become loose. Not sure. That did not last long. Maybe I need a new cord? Apart from that, everything else is PERFECT! definitely comes in clutch during schoolwork or working my business. Great picture quality. Easy to set up. Only complaint is the loose cord.

I travel for my job and using a laptop is a must. My laptop has a small screen and because I need to use 2 different screens at once, I will either use the side-by-side function (which makes my view of the 2 screens even smaller) or I will minimize & maximize each program a hundred times throughout the day (which is a royal pain in the neck). One day I was watching videos on a popular social media app & a creator was showing off his new screen extender and I was very impressed - I honestly didn't know that they made screen extenders for little laptops - and I knew that I had to have one. If you're like me, you might like to do a little research before you purchase something. I immediately opened Amazon and spent a good while reading reviews of the different brands of laptop screen extenders & I settled on this one. Now I am not that tech savvy so what attracted me was the remark in the product description (or maybe in the reviews I read for it) that this was so easy to use, you just "plug & play." When it arrived, I quickly did just that - didn't even bother with reading the instructions. Much to my surprise (& delight), it was just that easy to do! I was actually looking forward to my next assignment so I could put it to use. Now I don't game, so I can't speak on how good it may be for stuff like that. My job requires me to gather info from a web-based program and then type notes on a Word document and this is perfect for what I do. It made me so happy that it did exactly what I needed it to do. I am glad that I purchased this & I have been on several assignments since getting it and I have experienced zero issues while using it I've been doing this job for 10 years and I still can't believe that I never knew that this even existed and now I can't imagine working without it. It's a real game changer for me! I think it was worth the cost. I selected the black one simply because it was cheaper than the other ones (why I don't know). It came nicely packaged and the monitor has a sturdy carrying case that has a pocket on the side for the cord. It came with a few different cords and I just carry the one I use. The case fits perfectly in my rolling laptop bag. I don't know all the specifics but what I did like about this one is the ability to use it on different sized laptops because it extends on the left & right, hugging the monitor firmly and stays put - so in the event I'm issued a larger laptop in the future, I will still be able to use this (the measurements are listed in the product description). There is a little kickstand that comes out of the back of it which provides a bit more stability than just the grippers on either side of it. At this point, after just weeks of owning it, I would rate it 10/10 for what I need it for. I have had positive comments about it from my co-workers and from other folks who have seen it just passing by me. Lol, it's definitely a conversation starter. I think I was not alone in not knowing these existed because everyone who has seen it seem impressed with it and ask me all kinds of questions about it. I write down the name of it all the time so those curious folks can look it up on Amazon. Most definitely recommend! I will never not be using it because I find it to be an invaluable tool for my job duties.

I bought this to be more efficient. i normally feel like i need to be at my desk at home with my second monitor to be fully agile. im on the go too much and its not always possible while i juggle my life. yes i can min screens but it slows me down in my workflow. easy plug & play and just works and is easy to setup and take down and carry in the case. ive used it in different settings, coffee shops, at work (not at my desk), its also so useful to screen share or to show to discuss something live or during a zoom call. not everyone has these but i can imagine soon a lot more people will.

Top pour le prix. Je l'ai pris car je suis itinérant et souvent il me manque un second écran quand je travailles sur site. Qualité normale pour un écran, juste le son qui est un peu faible mais je laisse la sortie sur le pc, donc je n'y ai pas prêté plus attention que ca. Simple a brancher et fourni avec plusieurs câbles et sacoche de transport. Si j'ai bien compris le mode d'emploi il faut brancher un usb normal quand on branche en hdmi;pas testé. Petit plus, il y a du français et néerlandais dans les langues

Conforme à la description, très léger, écran au top, bien lumineux, couleurs fidèles, fourni avec tout les accessoires nécessaires, un manuel et un fiche de montage les deux en couleur et en anglais. Menu multilingue mais la navigation dans se dernier avec les trois boutons sur l'écran est peu pratique. La tige d'appuie au dos de l'écran est très courte pour un laptop de 17".

Es el dinero que mejor he invertido últimamente. La pantalla de mi portátil siempre se me ha quedado pequeña y es una pesadilla tener que estar cerrando y abriendo ventanas de aplicaciones por no poder tenerlas abiertas a la vez. Ahora es una gozada poder tener varias ventanas simultaneamente abiertas y aumenta muchísimo mi productividad y la comodidad al trabajar. Además, se instala y desinstala con mucha facilidad y se conecta fácilmente con dos cables. Es conectar y echar a funcionar. Esta pantalla tiene mejor resolución, brillo y color que la de mi portátil. Mediante un sólo botón multigestual en el propio monitor, se acceder a una gran cantidad de funciones y configuraciones. Tiene un pie para apoyar contra la mesa, pero no me ha hecho falta porque se mantiene estable sin él. El sonido no es excelente, pero ni siquiera sabía que venía con altavoces integrados. No necesito usarlos porque ya tengo el sonido del portátil. Pienso llevarlo siempre con mi portátil, porque facilita mucho el trabajo y viene con un estuche de cuero de gran calidad, que incorpora asas.
