Will def buy again
I’ve tried different sorts of strong bread flours and decided to give this a go, it came well packaged the bag is really thick, was worried it might be split with ordering a 16k bag, I can really see a difference in my bread, rise taste and texture are a real improvement, this is my go to bread flour now, makes great Yorkshire puddings too!

The finest of flours
Containing 15% protein this flour makes a very strong dough which is brilliant for high hydration sourdough, ciabatta and focaccia etc . It is milled in the UK from hard Canadian wheat instead of softer European wheat so is more absorbent too.

Makes really tasty bread.
One of the best bread flours I have used. I have always made my own bread and found sourcing good bread flour almost impossible during the Covid lockdowns as it seemed like everybody else caught on to how good homemade bread is! This flour, delivered to my door in such a large bag, was ideal and I haven’t used any other since. The bread rises well and, just as importantly, holds the rise. I wouldn’t use any other bread flour now.

Lovely soft flour
I’ve used 3 600gr scoops for 3 loaves so far and it’s better flour than the organic/finest flour that I used before. The tub is 40 litres and fits a 16kg sack to just over half way. I make a loaf every other day for my daughter and I but also make for friends. The loaf will last 3 days as long as you don’t eat the amount of toast like we do ! Definitely will buy again.

Weevo;s present when opened making it unfit for purpose
I have been buying this excellent flour for a numbr of years. The latest bag was delivered and when opened, was full of weevils, making it unfit for use and unsafe to keep in my home. Weevils get into closed bags of flour primarily by being present as microscopic eggs or larvae from the factory, or by chewing through paper/plastic packaging. Eggs are often laid in grain in the field or during processing, surviving milling to hatch later in your pantry.
