They certainly knocked me out, but left me with a drugged, drowsy feeling all next day. Maybe half strength would be better. Edited after two week's use: I seem to be tolerating them, sleeping better and less agitated. Now taking the whole capsule each bedtime.

Did nothing.
This brand didn’t work for me. Took 3 capsules at once and genuinely did nothing. I’ve had L-theanine from other brands and it’s been great. Maybe a bad batch, idk.
