Good for baking and making smoothies. I don't recommend trying to make an omelette with it.

Simply mix it in a blender with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 8 ounces of water per scoop. The peanut butter is important, it helps it to mix properly. Excellent shake. I prefer Bob's Evans egg whites, but this is the only substitute that I have found that actually works the same. It's as close as you are going to get. Highly recommend! No stomach issues, no foaming, let the blender do the mixing and don't forget the peanut butter. Enjoy! :) :) :)

Husband and I were starting our keto journey, and due to restrictions we decided to make our own protein bread with this product. Received the bottle 2wks ago and it had an off smell from the start. Never used this product before so we just moved forward with trying to us it. We have been successful with regular egg whites in the past. Everything tasted sour, strange texture, and just down right awful. A little digging confirmed the product had gone bad before we ever opened it. Beware! I'd rate it lower, but 1 star is the lowest option.

As far as macros and taste go, it’s a solid protein. It mixes very poorly. I use a ninja blender and it’s still a bit clumpy. It’s good on my sensitive gut though. If you can put up with the clumps, it’s a good supplement.

I'm wondering if this powder used raw is causing G.I. issues; gas, diarrhea ... ? Usually I've cooked with it, but occasionally have been adding it to granola, uncooked, possibly causing major G.I. problems. ??? The powder is sealed and looks fine. Thanks for any feedback. Bill
