The scent is out of this world. It leaves my clothes soft and lightly scented for over a week.

I waited a few weeks and SEVERAL loads of laundry to write my review. This stuff SMELLS ABSOLUTELY DIVINE! it makes my clothing soft, like SUPER soft! I have quit using dryer sheets now that I use this fabric softener! Downey who? Never again. I use wool dryer balls now too. The value is good as this stuff is concentrated! Love the pump too as it’s durable! Your clothes come out soft and smelling very fresh, but the scent is never overwhelming!

Absolutely love this product. Price is high though. Not sure I can afford this every time I need new detergent.

I cannot express in words how much I love this product in their Diva scent. I have bought almost every product that comes in this scent. I am so happy Amazon sells it, I first fell in love after buying it in a small shop in the Outer Banks.

I used to love this fabric softener, but it appears this is just another product to be affected by shrinkflation. The smell is fine. I don’t know if they made any changes to their formula’s ingredients or not. But, what I do know for sure is that it’s become incredibly watered down compared to how it used to be. It’s such as shame. Because I like using this brand. But, I’ve had to use a ridiculous amount of this in each load to even make it feel like it was doing anything to my laundry. (Keep in mind, I have a whole house water filter and my water is softened on top of that). So, you’d think this would make a noticeable difference to how my laundry smells and feels. This feels like it was just a waste of money. I hope they don’t cheap out and change any of their other laundry formulas. I won’t be wasting my money on this fabric softener ever again.

Love this conditioner. I have used several other fabric softeners in the past but the laundress fabric conditioner is the best. It’s the only one that keeps the animal hair from clinging to clothes. We even installed a water softener with limited success. I buy it in the gallon size and it will last 6 months, but I do laundry for 2 people . It’s worth it because it leaves my clothes soft and the original scent is so pleasant. It works as well or even better than the name brand softeners.

This used to be a wonderful product but I had to return the last two bottle as the liquid was chunky and goopy!!

I think my wife has ordered at least 55 gallons of this so I think she likes it a lot.
